Orders will ship within 3-5 business days of cleared payments. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Your product will ship via UPS Ground; normal shipping times are 5-10 business days. You will be sent confirmation once the item is delivered.
We will send a tracking number to the e-mail address on file with your account when we have confirmed your order has left our store. On the chance that your order is delayed, we will provide you with an updated shipping estimate via email.
Shipping charges in our auctions only apply to the contiguous 48 United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is available on select products for an extra charge, so please contact us for shipping rates to those locales. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.

RETURNS:
Returns are only accepted if the incorrect item was shipped or the item is damaged. In the event of an item arriving damaged, please accept the shipment from FedEx and then take pictures of the pallet and then of each individual box that appears damaged. Please e-mail these photos to us at Cribs2Teens@gmail.com with your FedEx tracking number and replacement parts will be sent to you promptly.
